CBRE workshop: Employees of the new generation – 2019

In cooperation with CBRE, CSI Leasing and the American Chamber of Commerce, at the end of 2019 we organized a series of expert presentations and a business breakfast at the premises of our tenant DIEBOLD NIXDORF. The main topic of these presentations was “Employees of the new generation need offices of the new generation”. CBRE presented the latest trends in the organization and access to office space, as well as the current situation on the market of administrative space. Mr. Ernest SALZER from CSI Leasing presented the possibilities and ways of effective financing of equipment and furnishing of modern and high quality premises. The entire organization and preparation was supervised by the American Chamber of Commerce.
